For Building Owners considering works and wanting to know if the Act applies to them and what they need to do to comply.

Our Party Wall Surveyors can act as your Agent to complete the appropriate legal notices and then serve these on your neighbours/adjoining owners.

Once a dispute occurs, we are able to be appointed by a Building Owner in order to resolve the dispute by way of creating an Award with the Adjoining Owners Surveyor.

This is the reverse of being the Building Owners Surveyor. In principle we can be appointed by either of the parties. 

Our Surveyors are able to be appointed as a joint Party Wall Surveyor, normally in less contentious matters or smaller projects where an adjoining owner simply wants to protect their position and disputes the works as a result.

Our senior Party Wall Surveyors are happy to be selected as a Third Surveyor by the BOS & AOS once they are appointed.
